We re-named and branded Australia’s industry advocate for the customer owned banking sector. The Customer Owned Banking Association (COBA) represents credit unions, mutual banks, building societies and friendly societies, who together serve over 4.5 million Australians. This project involved significant research, dealing with a number of stakeholders and required considerable diplomacy skills to deliver. We’re really proud of that.
